Return Policy
We want you to love your Low Toxy products! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Return Requirements:
- Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
- Items must be unused and in resalable condition
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened personal care, beauty, or hygiene products
- Opened cleaning or household products
- Any product that has been used or had its seal broken
How to Return:
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Once approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions.
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
